Q: Are you always open Tuesday- Sunday?
A: While Tuesday through Sunday from 10am to 8pm are our normal hours of operation we do adjust our hours in accordance to private events. Generally we are also open on Mondays when kids are out of school. For the most up to date hours please check our Hours or call us before coming in.
Q: Once I pay for admission can I leave and come back?
A: Choose to play for one hour or five but once you leave, all exits are final. The only people who are allowed to come and go during the day are our members. Check out the other benefits of being a Member.
Q: Do I have to make reservation for Open Play?
A: Unless you have a group of more than 20 kids no, you can just walk-in, but before you come, please check our Hours of Operations for the latest updates, as we may have a private event.
Q: What is the age range of children you charge for?
A: For both Open Play & birthday parties children from 1 to 12 years of age will be charged for admission. If you want to pay for someone younger or older to participate in activities, we can accommodate that.
Q: Can I bring outside food inside the facility?
A: No, outside food is not allowed. You may order food from our Catering Menu for your party or from our cafe while visiting for Open Play. Kosher options are available.
Q: Can I just drop off my child & leave the facility?
A: No. All children must accompanied & monitored by an adult over 18 years old at all times. No exceptions.
Q: Do you offer group rates?
A: Yes. For groups of 20 or more, please contact us for details.
Q: Can I just walk in for Open Play, with a cake to sing Happy Birthday?
No. However, we do offer a Weekday Walk in Party Package Tuesday- Friday at only $20 per child. This simple option lets you come in for Open Play, bring in your own cake & let us take care of the rest with some added benefits. A reservation is required.
Q: Can I have a private event?
A: Yes you can. A Private VIP Package event closes our 6,000 sq. foot facility to the public and is open only to you and your guests.
Q: How soon should I book my party?
A: Although we can always find a day & time to accommodate you, if you have a specific date & time you want, we advise up to 6 weeks in advance of the date you seek. Our non-refundable deposit is all you need to book your date.
